Individual :
Deliver Dough to the restaurantsDispatch promptly to each restaurant and back to the dough room in the same mannerPersonal stops are prohibited and follow “no rider clause”Ensure all dough is delivered to each restaurantOperate company Delivery Van in a safe and efficient mannerPromptly report any concerns or maintenance issuesCapable of finding the best route from the dough room to the restaurants to ensure quick delivery by following all driving laws and regulations. Hands-on food preparationPrepare dough from scratchStrong aptitude for following recipesPackage dough for deliveryAbility to lift heavy boxes of dough onto shelving and a 50-pound bag of flour into the mixerMaintains established standards of sanitation, safety and food preparation as set by the local and state health department; maintains an orderly, sanitary and safe dough roomGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environmentAbility to safely operate all dough room equipmentResponsible for receiving and storing food and supplies in a safe and approved mannerStrong math skills with the ability to calculate portion sizes and limit food waste is requiredObtain a complete knowledge of procedures and follow them.Other
Prepare dough items while following the proper recipes to maintain a consistent product and nutritional value when not deliveringWork in assigned stations as directed by the person in charge; 1.
