QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of salon experience
• Experience in a salon school environment
• Salon license
• Strong technical abilities
• Ability to give thorough presentations
• Excellent time management skills, strong coaching ability, flexibility, and great problem-solving skills

Your responsibilities include creating and managing yearly education calendars, training the learning leader team, and staying informed about state rules and regulations. You oversee clinic classroom systems, theory sessions, and specialty classes, and utilize all Paul Mitchell tools and resources effectively.

Collaboration with the management team is key to prioritizing the success of our future professionals. Your dedication to mentoring, coaching, and maintaining high standards contributes to the brilliance and consistency of our educational programs!
