Your Role :

Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.

Accurately document call details.

Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation.

Previous healthcare experience is a plus.

At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required.

Job Requirements :

Must be 18 years or older.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.

Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.

Typing at least 25 WPM.

Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.

Secure, private work area at home.

$100 Onboarding Bonus

Kick off your journey with a little celebration! You’ll earn a $100 bonus midway through your very first week of process training.

$150 Graduation Bonus

Complete training and leap into production. You’ll earn an additional $150 during your second week on the production floor when you meet your new hire graduation metrics.

$500 Quarterly Performance Bonus

Consistency pays off, literally! From January to March 2026, you can earn up to an additional $500 total if you meet your attendance and performance requirements : $100 each month and $200 kicker for meeting all 3 months at the end of March.
