Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field, active Deaf & Hard of Hearing (DHH) certification, and 1+ years Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is seeking a certified educator for a full-time, fully remote position supporting adult learners who are deaf or hard of hearing. This unique opportunity involves career goal consultations and CTE (Career & Technical Education) development for individuals 18 years and older. This position is based in New York.

Position Overview :

Full-Time | MondayFriday | Fully Remote

Focus : Adult programming, career goal consultations, and CTE planning

Population : Adults aged 18+

School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Minimum Requirements :

Active New York State Certification in one of the following (Required) :

Special Education

School Counselor

Guidance Counselor

Experience in Career & Technical Education (CTE) (Required)

Experience working with Deaf or Hard of Hearing populations (Required)

DHH Certification is highly preferred

Strong munication and virtual instruction skills
