• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or emergency medicine physician
• Reason for need : growth
• Group owns 5 locations in the surrounding Boston area - they are looking to hire multiple providers over the next few months
• They are opening a new center this summer and have 3-4 other locations under LOI
• They are seeking providers with clinical quality
• The medical director trains all providers personally; additionally, she works side-by-side with the providers and is in a clinic every day
• They are very proud of their clinical leadership presence
• You'd float between their five local sites
• Depending on the site, they offer single or double coverage
• Hours are 8a-8p
• Must be comfortable seeing 45-50 patients per day
• While they prefer full-time candidates, they are open to part-time
• Full-timers work 36 hours a week, including every other weekend
• Must see all ages
• You'd perform all typical urgent care procedures such as suturing and splinting
• Training is provided
• You'd do your own wet reads on x-rays
• Group provides DOT certification for all of their providers
• Must be licensed in Massachusetts
• Must have ACLS and PALS (or willing to obtain)
• EMR : Experity
