Premier Community Bank is searching for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, community-focused team in our Pulaski office. On our team, you will work with clients in North East / North Central Wisconsin.

Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Work directly with the agents to process new business.
• Work with existing customer base to process renewals and help agents retain the book of business. This includes contacting customers prior to renewal to discuss premium changes and options.
• Obtain insurance licenses for all lines of business : property, casualty, life, and health insurances.
• Assist customers with changes to their policies and make payments for customers.

Required Skills :

Insurance understanding, but willing to train
