• Manage a caseload involving Insurance Defense matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
