The Opportunity

We’re looking for dedicated Production Technicians to join our growing operations team.

You’ll work on commercial and multifamily roof systems, assisting foremen in delivering safe, high-quality installations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Tear off and remove existing commercial roof systems safely and efficiently.
• Install new commercial roof systems, including single-ply membranes (TPO, PVC, EPDM).
• Perform precise heat welding and field wrapping for seams and details.
• Follow Foreman directions and maintain clear communication throughout each project.
• Understand and execute the details of commercial roofing systems, including flashings and penetrations.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Accurately read a tape measure and perform layout measurements.
• Be a dependable team player who contributes to a positive jobsite environment.
• Adhere to all ARC safety protocols, including fall protection, lift operation, and first aid standards.
• Support foremen and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to ARC’s standards of excellence.
