Lead Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all local construction codes. Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and report progress regularly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays or disruptions. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports. Foster a collaborative and productive environment among all project stakeholders.
