Dispensing Warehouse Operations Manager
The Dispensing Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the assembly of dispensing equipment and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.
This role is key in the supply chain network and logistics, and the role involves strategic planning and managing people, processes, and systems. Position must ensure that goods are received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
The Dispenser Warehouse Operations Manager needs a blend of leadership skills and practical knowledge. They should also have skills in change management and innovation, as well as a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management.
Position is responsible for up to five full-time employees.
Required Qualifications :
- High School diploma or accredited GED
- Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Two years of experience with Mechanical Assembly / Aptitude
- Two years of experience in Procurement
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize
- Ability to lead by example and clearly communicate company vision and strategic goals for team alignment
- Clear communicator
- Ability to provide constructive and open feedback regularly
- Valid Driver's License

Daily operations Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. This includes quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and field staffPlanning and scheduling Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, and schedule expenditures. They also develop warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systemsSystems and processes Develop and implement warehouse operations systems and processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy. This includes analyzing process workflow and implementing changesPeople management Recruit, select, train, and coach employees. They also ensure equitable treatment of warehouse personnelCompliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
