Dispensing Warehouse Operations Manager

The Dispensing Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the assembly of dispensing equipment and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.

This role is key in the supply chain network and logistics, and the role involves strategic planning and managing people, processes, and systems. Position must ensure that goods are received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

The Dispenser Warehouse Operations Manager needs a blend of leadership skills and practical knowledge. They should also have skills in change management and innovation, as well as a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management.

Position is responsible for up to five full-time employees.

Required Qualifications :

• High School diploma or accredited GED
• Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Two years of experience with Mechanical Assembly / Aptitude
• Two years of experience in Procurement
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize
• Ability to lead by example and clearly communicate company vision and strategic goals for team alignment
• Clear communicator
• Ability to provide constructive and open feedback regularly
• Valid Driver's License
