SQL Database Administrator

Qualifications :

5 years experience in database administration and management.  Bachelors degree in a related field desired.  Must hold a Security CE certification (or equivalent certification in compliance with DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II).  Oracle certification desired.  Strong knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle databases and application server administration.  Experience with the following tools and technologies : SQL; PL / SQL; T-SQL; MS SQL Server 2019 database and newer; Oracle 19c and later; PowerShell; batch files; Windows Server 2019 and newer; Apache Tomcat; Secure FTP; and the MS Office Suite.  Experience working with Linux / UNIX servers desired.  Experience with projecting long-range requirements for database administration in conjunction with other managers in the information systems function as well as business function managers.  Experience working with DoD IT environment and networks.  Must have good communication skills and an ability to conceptualize experience within database relationships using diagrams and explain how databases interact with one another.  Able to work independently or as part of a team and interact professionally within all levels of an organization.  Must be a US citizen and hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI access or eligibility (TS / SCI).
