About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team on a locum tenens basis in Arizona. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Assignment Details :
- Schedule : Four 10-hour days per week
- Day Off : Typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- Duration : October – December (with potential extension)
- Compensation : $80.00 – $90.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive family medicine care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages.Conduct routine check-ups, health assessments, and screenings.Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans.Educate patients on preventive health measures and wellness.Collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.Qualifications :
Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of Arizona.Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred.Glendale, Arizona, is a lively city just northwest of Phoenix, known for its mix of modern attractions and historic charm.
