Position Overview

We are seeking two adaptable, business-minded Application Developers / Analysts to support the next major upgrade of our internal web application suite. These applications include our proprietary POS, CRM, billing, scheduling, care assessment, charting, and resident-facing systems . Upcoming projects also include a new recruiting platform and a community-facing web app for residents and families.

This role goes beyond heads-down coding. We need team members who can engage with project managers and end users, translate needs into practical solutions, and deliver high-quality updates to our PHP-based applications. The work will be primarily front-end web development , with opportunities to integrate AI where it makes sense. Available Roles

1. Junior PHP Developer

• Experience : 0-3 years of professional PHP development experience
• Salary Range : $80,000 - $105,000
• Ideal for candidates with strong foundational PHP skills looking to grow in a supportive environment.

2. Senior PHP Developer
