UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a strategic development manager who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market space. Primary Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas + Must have proven success selling HRMS / Payroll solutions to complex organizations + Must have worked primarily as a new logo rep (hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes. + Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory. + Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer's needs. + Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM / SaaS industry, competitors and analysts. + Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills + Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users + Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory + Incredibly organized + Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
