Job descriptionCatchy Wraps is hiring a Vehicle Wrap Design Project Manager / Coordinator to oversee projects from brief to installation. You’ll coordinate designers, customers, production, and sales while jumping into Illustrator files for quick fixes, prep, and last‑mile edits—goal : smooth handoffs, on‑time delivery, and wrap designs that win attention on the road.## What You’ll Do as a Vehicle Wrap Design Project Manager Own the wrap design workflow : intake → brief → reviews → approvals → prepress → production Coordinate across design customers production / print , and sales with clear timelines and status updates. Make hands‑on edits in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop (copy tweaks, panel breaks, dielines, color / contrast, export) Prep print‑ready files (CMYK / spot, scaling, bleed, panel maps) and package for production / installation Use modern AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) for concept boards, variants, and faster approvals. Perform readability / legibility checks for distance and speed; capture feedback from field photos. Maintain project plans, due dates, and risk flags; remove blockers quickly Uphold brand and quality standards across fleets## ## What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years in design coordination creative project management , or prepress (vehicle wraps or large‑format OOH preferred) Expert in Adobe Illustrator ; strong in Photoshop; Figma / Corel a plus Comfortable editing production files (dielines, scaling, panelization, vinyl / material awareness) Clear communicator, strong client handling, and deadline‑driven Familiar with AI‑assisted workflows for concept exploration and mockups Organized, proactive, and happy to “get hands dirty” to ship## ## Role Details Type : Full‑time or contract‑to‑full‑time Location : Remote (US) with optional hybrid in San Diego, CA Hours : Flexible; core overlap 9 am–3 pm PT Compensation : Competitive + performance bonuses (share your range if you’d like it posted) Apply : Send resume + portfolio / examples of wrap / OOH coordination and prepress work to admin@catchywraps.com (subject : Design Project Manager / Coordinator )## ## Why Catchy WrapsWe design offer‑driven, measurable vehicle wraps.
