IT Support Analyst – Law Firm (Could Also Hire In Houston Or Dallas)

One of my legal clients is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support to attorneys and staff in a high-demand, fast-paced environment. This role will focus on resolving hardware, software, and application issues while supporting key legal technologies and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver first- and second-line support across desktops, mobile devices, and legal software.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, VPN / Citrix, and tools like iManage, Litera, and Nuance PDF.
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory and handle onboarding / offboarding tasks.
• Track and resolve tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow or Ivanti).
• Document resolutions and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams as needed.
