Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing detailed explanations of their insurance policies.
Policy Servicing : Manage and update customer profiles and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency standards.
Claims Assistance : Support clients in the claims process, guiding them through necessary steps, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Product Education : Provide clients with comprehensive information about insurance products and services to support their decision-making.
Customer Retention : Engage clients proactively to enhance their satisfaction and encourage long-lasting relationships with the agency.
Feedback Management : Actively collect and report client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experiences.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : Background in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Empathy : Strong capability to relate to clients' needs and concerns.
Problem-Solving : Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and independently.
