Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will oversee tax compliance and strategy, ensuring that all tax-related matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with regulations. The Tax Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our tax position and minimizing liabilities for our clients and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of various tax returns including individual, partnership, and corporate taxes.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to interpret tax legislation and provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions.
• Review and improve tax processes and controls to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors during tax audits and reviews.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on tax compliance and best practices.
