As an Automation Logistics Specialists Lead Associate, you'll provide expert logistics and lifecycle management for FAA automation systems that keep the National Airspace System (NAS) running seamlessly. In this position, you will :

• Coordinate logistics deliverables between the FAA, Integrated Logistics Management Team (ILMT), subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead integrated logistics support for advanced automation systemsincluding hardware, software, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain logistics plans, schedules, and documentation to meet FAA program requirements.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure smooth lifecycle support and sustainment strategies.
• Track program logistics status, assess risks, and implement mitigation measures to maintain system availability.
• Support FAA automation programs and NAS logistical processes to keep mission readiness at its peak.

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
