Regional Director Finance - West (Remote opportunity)

Summary

The Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Regional Director, Hotel Finance, to join our Americas Finance team. The Regional Director of Finance (RDOF) provides strategic financial leadership, oversight, and support for a portfolio of hotels within an assigned region. This role is accountable for driving profitability, operational performance, and compliance, while serving as a key business partner to Vice Presidents of Finance, Field Operations leadership, and property-level Directors of Finance. The RDOF ensures financial integrity, supports hotel operations, and leads initiatives that enhance both performance and long-term value creation.

The salary range for this position is $131,300 - $165,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate / salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
