The ideal candidate will possess strong general maintenance skills, have experience leading a team of maintenance and cleaning technicians, and will be dependable to be onsite to support and direct day to day building operations. The role will require interfacing with decision makers on the finance and operations team as well. Schedule : Monday thru Friday 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm ($26-$28 / hour) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Support day-to-day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems as requiredExperience with HVAC is a plusAbility to manage light carpentry duties including painting, patching, drywall, man door repairs, etc.Oversee staff, assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.Support fire systems / life fire safety complianceSupport training of staff members on floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.) Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.Maintain site supplies inventoryDevelop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetingsManage work orders within a work order management systemManage bid for services Work with leadership to maintain the facility within approved budgetsEscalate critical tasks for added support when neededQUALIFICATIONS : Experience in Commercial Facilities maintenance and supportStrong mechanical aptitudeStrong leadership, with servant leadership mindsetAbility to troubleshoot general maintenance issuesAbility to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of personsAbility to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfactionBENEFITS : Health, Dental, Vision, STD / LTDPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysCompany-match Retirement Savings PlanMust be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
