Responsibilities :

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
  • Provide professional and upbeat customer consultations
  • Build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon
  • Ensure tanning beds and equipment are clean and functioning
  • Handle cash, open and close the business
  • Complete daily administrative tasks, including goal tracking
  • Train and develop new sales associates

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including nights and weekends)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • A friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • A polished, professional appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours per day
