RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers and Interprets assessment information accurately and presents findings/recommendations
- Coordinates and participates in benchmarking and progress monitoring
- Individual and group counseling
- Conducts classroom observations of students to analyze behavior and learning dynamics
- Develops short and long term goals for students assigned for counseling
- Provides consultation to teachers and parents on strategies to effect positive changes in the student and his environment
