This role is responsible for preparing complete, accurate, and compliant closing packages for all loan types while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare and review closing packages for Conventional, FHA, RD, VA, Construction, HELOC, and Portfolio loans.
• Ensure all documents, disclosures, and calculations are accurate and compliant with investor and regulatory requirements (TRID, RESPA, TILA).
• Collaborate with title companies, processors, underwriters, and post-close teams to ensure smooth closings.
• Review title commitments, insurance, payoffs, and taxes to verify completeness.
• Monitor rate lock expirations and coordinate closings within contract timelines.
• Conduct audit reviews and address investor or funding suspense items promptly.
• Maintain adherence to Northpointe Bank's policies and compliance standards.
• Provide professional and timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
