About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Accountant to join our rapidly growing team in Gillette, Wyoming . This role is perfect for a highly motivated professional who thrives on challenge, values precision, and is inspired by innovation. You'll be a key financial partner to our project teams - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight as we bring ambitious ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations related to construction projects, including job costing, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and general ledger .
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts , and variance reports.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership to track costs, assess performance, and support financial decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP , tax laws, and internal controls.
• Implement and enhance financial systems that improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth.
