Quality Control Analyst
ProSidian seeks a Quality Control Analyst (Contract Contingent) in Charlotte, NC / Remote to support an engagement for agency of the United States government responsible for consumer protection in the financial sector.
The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to develop and implement a strategy and initiatives to educate, empower, and equip consumers to make better informed financial decisions.
Quality Control Analyst candidates shall work to support requirements for PR0001 Program Support and will review and analyze the curriculum and substance of in-person, Webinar, and small group financial literacy training sessions in order to ensure the best financial education for each participant. The Quality Control Analyst will also analyze the Government's furnished tools, toolkits, and materials in order to determine what needs to be kept, modified, or changed to be most effective to participants. The Quality Control Analyst will ensure that all channels of communication are working, the training sessions run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and necessary information for the purposes of monthly written reports is gathered, documented, and stored appropriately. Additionally, the Quality Control Analyst will assist and monitor the Curriculum Developer in collecting data via surveys and focus groups to assess the effectiveness of training sessions and implementation methods and provide a detailed monthly report about the data collected.
The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the curriculum and substantive material be the most effective and accessible tools possible for all training participants. The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the curriculum, tools, materials, and handouts to ensure the best source of information and training available to participants during each training session is provided. The Quality Control Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing all tools and materials to ensure all are compliant with Section 504 and Section 508 accommodations, when necessary. Additionally, the Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for administering surveys and focus groups of participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions and implemented tools used during each session, and subsequently compile the findings into written monthly reports and analyses.
Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
Work shall be conducted at the Charlotte, NC / Remote.
U.S. Citizenship required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual candidates preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe). Advanced Data Analytics (Time series regressions, knowledge of how to apply appropriate statistical models to each job task).
