Shift : Monday - Friday, with On-call Rotation

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As a QAPI RN | Home Health , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities :

  • Comprehensive audits of patient records : Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations, with coordination through the Quality Clinical Coordinator. This role also involves active participation in the QAPI Committee to drive quality improvement.
  • Development and implementation : Assists in training staff on the electronic medical records systems in collaboration with the Director of Risk Management and Quality Clinical Coordinator. They will also work on performance improvement initiatives.
  • Completing home visits : Ensuring timely patient admissions and routine visits, providing direct nursing care within their scope of practice, and demonstrating exemplary documentation skills.

    • What do I need to qualify for this role with Redstone?

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • Home Health / Hospice experience.
  • A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing.
