Job description

Join a world-class team at Marriott Anchorage Downtown and deliver expectational guest experiences at Alaska's flag ship full-service hotel.

What You'll Do :

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency during check-in / out.
  • Provide clear information about room features, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guests, incidents, and requests.
  • Run and review daily reports and complete cahier / bank duties accurately.
  • Process all payment types and handle vouchers, adjustments, and paid outs.
  • Notify Security / Loss Prevention of any guest issues or incidents.

What We're Looking For :

  • At least 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel systems (Marriott systems a plus).
