In this non-clinical, member-facing role, the PCA will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing compassionate, personalized support throughout each member's fertility journey.

- Hours : 10am-7pm EST (7am-4pm PST)
Responsibilities :
Managing and nurturing relationships with assigned membersDelivering personalized, concierge-style service via phone and email to ensure a seamless experienceEducating members on their available benefits, services, and fertility optionsSharing information about fertility treatments and partner clinicsActing as a liaison between members and fertility centers to streamline communicationResponding to member inquiries via phone and email with care and accuracyAssisting with appointment scheduling and ongoing coordination of careQualifications :
