Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Talent Management leads the design and deployment of core talent management processes across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent planning, succession planning, career development, and leadership frameworks. The Senior Manager serves as both a project manager and process designer leveraging research, benchmarking, and internal stakeholders to create impactful, user-friendly talent programs that support employee growth, talent pipelines, and business outcomes.
This individual is part of the Talent Management Center of Expertise (COE) and reports directly to the Senior Director, Talent Management.

The anticipated salary range for this position :
$132,600.00 - $199,160.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
