General Superintendent

Tierra Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced General Superintendent to oversee and manage daily field operations. This leadership role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in industrial services, including water blasting, vac truck operations, and Hydro Excavating activities.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate multiple field crews across various job sites.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of water blasting, vac truck, and Hydro X operations.
• Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, IDOT, and IDEM regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits.
• Report directly to senior management and support project planning and execution.
