Base pay range

$100,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Public Finance Attorney to provide legal counsel and support in public finance transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial law, public policy, and the intricacies of working with local and state governments as well as non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on public finance transactions, including bond issuances and related activities.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including bond validation opinions and federal securities disclosures.
• Collaborate with clients, including state and local government officials, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations, to structure financing solutions.
• Stay abreast of changes in state and federal laws affecting public finance and provide guidance on compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to public finance and provide recommendations based on findings.
