Job Overview

The basic function of the Regional float LVN supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of the Staffing department; responsible for scheduling employees to ensure sufficient coverage of staff for all shifts within the primary care clinics. This position also performs various supervisory duties requiring excellent organizational and management skills. Duties may include reviewing applicant’s resumes, identifying qualified applicants, conducting interviews, and retaining valuable employees.

Minimum Requirements

1. Graduate from an accredited LVN school with a current LVN license issued by the State of California required.

2. One to two years’ experience in a medical office environment; prior experience with staff scheduling preferred.

3. One to two years supervisory experience, preferred.

4. Prior experience with a scheduling software preferred.

5. Must maintain current BLS certification.

6. IV Certification required.
