Base pay range

$75.00 / hr - $84.00 / hr

Compensation : $60-$80 / hr (depending on experience)

About The Role

Our client is seeking a

UX / UI Designer

to join their team in Denver. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. While prior experience is valuable, our client is open to candidates who may have fewer years in the field but demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging, user-friendly interfaces that align with business and user needs.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate ideas and iterate on feedback.

Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions.

Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and best practices across applications.

Stay informed on UI / UX trends, tools, and industry standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in UI design and development (portfolio required).

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability testing.

Experience designing IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and SMS / email routing flows is a huge plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Must be able to work on-site in Denver.

Nice To Have

Familiarity with AWS Connect or other cloud-based platforms.

Previous experience in software or technology-driven environments.
