Occupational Therapy (OT) Assistant - Archbold Brooks Hospital

Position Description

• Implement and document patient treatment per plan of care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and their family members
• Notify therapists of changes in patient status and documents in the medical record
• Complete progress notes accurately and legibly and submit in a timely manner
