As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects (Water, Mold, & Demo) as well as restoration crews with varied experience. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence and sincere customer care. Our team has grown to be the largest SERVPRO franchise in the Bay Area and we are not planning to slow down. Key Responsibilities
Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects with timeline / budget expectationsNegotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimateDirect Coordinators in scheduling jobs and oversee crews / resources to provide service on active projectsManage the customer / client experience and set expectationsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesRetain ownership of jobs from onset to payment in full; aid estimating & collections with any job-related questionsManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsWork with Subcontractors as neededAdditional Responsibilities :
Customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesOn Call rotation for dispatching of crews - after hoursPosition Requirements
Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma / GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of management and / or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certification a preferredSkills / Physical Demands / Competencies
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
