Description:
The Sanitation Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and
hygienic environment by performing cleaning, waste removal, and sanitation
duties. This role ensures compliance with health and safety standards across
assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize buildings, restrooms, equipment, and work areas
- Collect, sort, and dispose of trash, recycling, and hazardous waste properly
- Operate cleaning equipment and sanitation tools (e.g., pressure washers, floor scrubbers)
- Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
- Follow established sanitation procedures and safety regulations
- Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
- Use personal protective equipment
(PPE) correctly at all times
- Support special cleaning projects or emergency cleanups as needed.
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and sanitize buildings,
restrooms, equipment, and work areas

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred
