Job description

Coverage Needed :

  • ASAP - Ongoing
  • 6 a.m. - 6 p.m., 6 p.m. - 6 a.m.
  • Minimum of 7 shifts per month
  • Need at least 2 nocturnist candidates willing to do a 5-shift minimum per month

Clinical Details :

  • EMR system : Meditech
  • Support staff includes MDDO and NPPA staffing models
  • Annual volume : 29,863 patients
  • Patients per day : 82
  • 20 main ED beds, 2 PIT beds
  • 15% EMS, 11.7% admitted patients

    • Requirements :

  • Board certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
  • Active GA License
  • Residency completed
  • ACLS
  • Flu, PPD within past 12 months, MMR / Varicella / HepB immunizations required
  • Orientation and EMR training required
