Director, Manufacturing Operations

Location : Racine, WI

Join my client as the driving force behind two high-impact global manufacturing sites. In this leadership role, you’ll shape the future of production excellence, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across complex, multi-shift operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee direction of all manufacturing and contract manufacturing activities

Act as overall leader of the syringe manufacturing site

Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with forecasts and goals

Drive process improvements through lean principles and technology adoption

Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, OSHA, and international standards

Lead and mentor managers and staff to meet and exceed site objectives

About You

Bachelors Degree required. Masters / MBA is a +

Deep understanding of GMP, GDP, and FDA / ISO regulated environments

Skilled in process optimization, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop high-performing teams

SAP proficiency and comfort managing multiple production sites
