What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee direction of all manufacturing and contract manufacturing activitiesAct as overall leader of the syringe manufacturing siteDevelop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with forecasts and goalsDrive process improvements through lean principles and technology adoptionEnsure compliance with FDA, ISO, OSHA, and international standardsLead and mentor managers and staff to meet and exceed site objectivesAbout You
Bachelors Degree required. Masters / MBA is a +Deep understanding of GMP, GDP, and FDA / ISO regulated environmentsSkilled in process optimization, capacity analysis, and continuous improvementStrong leadership skills with proven ability to develop high-performing teamsSAP proficiency and comfort managing multiple production sitesHow To Apply
