Warehouse Order Selector – Full-Time

Location : Portland, OR 97211

Shift : Day Shift - Starts at 8 : 00 AM (until completion)

Availability : 7 days a week (weekend availability required)

Benefits & Pay / Bonus Structure :

• Hourly Rate : Base rate of $20.00 / hou r. Additional wage premium and production bonuses available with potential to raise average wages up to approximately $32.00 / hour (if work performance criteria is met).
• Performance Wage Premium : Additional $1.00–$2.00 / hour based on meeting work performance goals.
• Sign-On Bonus : $1,000
• Referral Bonus : $1,000
• Performance Bonus : $250–$375 (based on productivity)
