Construction Controller

As a key leader in our Accounting and Financial Reporting group, the  Construction Controller will work with the other members of the group, other finance leaders and operational people to support all aspects of accounting, reporting and analysis for their respective company or companies.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Construction Controller :

Jointly responsible with the Division Manager for the review and collection of Accounts Receivable.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the Construction Controller :

Required : High school diploma or GED.

Required : Deep understanding of construction accounting, construction industry.

Preferred : Undergraduate Degree in Accounting.

Required : Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.

Key Competencies / Skills of the Construction Controller :

Have a solid knowledge of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.

Problem solving, analytical professional.
