What You'll Do

HELP WORKS is a program that provides training and job placement assistance for residents in our shelter programs. As Program Assistant, you'll provide support services for the Director and other support staff, including events, projects, budgeting, payroll, and meetings.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting in the creation of promotional materials, agency forms, and flyers.
• Generating weekly and monthly reports.
• Scheduling meetings, trainings, and interviews.
