Department Lead

The Department Lead is responsible for real time analysis, coordination and balance of Department Operations including allocation of tasks. Other responsibilities will include :

• Recording and reporting of inbound / outbound deliveries.
• Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provides administrative support for the Department Managers.
• Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems.
• Support Picking, Loading and other operations as needed.
• Under direct supervision of the DC Department Managers. Work is performed within standard policies and procedures with opportunity for unreviewed decision-making.
• All other duties as assigned.

Starting hourly pay at $20.00 - $23.00 / hour (Based on experience)
