Assistant Manager
This position oversees all aspects of running a retail / food location. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers, food safety, ordering, inventory control, P&Ls, cleaning, and stocking. The ideal candidate must have great people skills, the ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, problem-solve challenges, and shift priorities quickly. Desire to help and mentor others and maintain a clean and inviting store are also required. Prior management / leadership experience is necessary. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5-day work-week and receive time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
