SmartyPants is seeking a forward-thinking, analytical, and collaborative Demand Planning Manager to join our fast-growing business. In this strategic role, you will lead the integration of advanced analytics, digital tools, and cross-functional processes to deliver accurate demand forecasts and drive business growth. You will be a key member of the Operations group and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Product Development to ensure our inventory strategy supports key customer accounts and company objectives.

What You'll Do :

• Lead monthly demand planning and S&OP process and ensure alignment across Sales, Supply, Finance, and Operations.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts using advanced analytics, statistical models, and digital demand planning platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, and finance to integrate market intelligence, new product launches, and promotional activities into demand plans.
• Measure & report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MAPE, WAPE, and Bias. Support other key operational metrics such as customer fill rate and on-time ship.
• Implement and optimize demand planning tools leveraging AI / MO for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and process.

The pay range for this position is $109,170.00 - $133,430.00.
