AVP Of Strategic Pricing

Hyland is seeking a dynamic AVP of Strategic Pricing to lead the design and execution of pricing strategies that drive profitability, support SaaS growth, and position our solutions competitively in the market. This is a high-impact role reporting to executive leadership, responsible for optimizing enterprise-wide pricing frameworks through predictive analytics, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Product Management, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure pricing aligns with customer value, sales enablement, and financial goals.

Responsibilities :
- Define and lead Hyland's enterprise pricing strategy to support growth, competitive positioning, and revenue optimization across a complex product portfolio.
- Develop and scale predictive pricing models and AI-powered analytics that guide strategic decision-making and maximize margin performance.
- Integrate insights from market research, sales and user feedback, and customer value perception to inform holistic pricing approaches.
- Build and maintain pricing governance frameworks that ensure compliance, internal alignment, and operational rigor.
- Partner with Product Management to ensure pricing reflects customer value and market dynamics while remaining clear and actionable for sellers and buyers.
- Translate complex financial and behavioral data into practical insights and pricing recommendations for senior leadership.
- Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team environment and lead with influence across the business to drive adoption of strategic pricing initiatives.
Basic Qualifications :
10+years in enterprise software pricing strategy, including Cloud and On-Premise offerings across both mature and emerging markets.7+ years in management or senior leadership roles with budget accountability and strategic influence.Strong experience in building pricing strategies that integrate financial modeling, customer insights, and competitive analysis.Expertise in conducting Conjoint Analysis, Willingness to Pay, and other relevant analytical techniques.Fluency in SaaS metrics, AI-driven pricing tools, and value-based pricing principles.Executive presence and communication skills to influence cross-functionally and drive business transformation.Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with a balance of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving.Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements : base salary range of $192,000-$240,000 and eligible for benefits.
