This Position reports to :

Analytical R&D Manager

In this role, you will use your technical knowledge to oversee development tasks and to contribute to strategic technology plans and the project portfolio. As an R&D (Research and Development) Electrical Engineer, you will contribute significantly to technology and product development projects by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Bartlesville, OK.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Define and develop hardware architecture.
• Provide technical expertise for electro-mechanical interfacing, schematics and PCB development.
• Perform or review routine and complex electrical engineering tasks using current technology, standards, software, templates and procedures.
• Design and develop microprocessor circuit design, PCB design, and electrical systems schematic.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree / master's degree in Electronics; Electrical Engineering or related fields.

5+ Years of experience in Schematics and PCB Design, Digital and / or Analog circuit designs.

5+ Years of experience in Power electronics simulation and testing (Simulink, Ltspice, Pspice, NI and Power Sim)

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in embedded systems

Expertise in Electronics Testing, PCB layout techniques for minimal inductance / capacitance and EMC optimization.

Ability to utilize lab test equipment (e.g. multimeters, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers)

Experience in design verification and documentation of electromechanical products.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team
