Opportunity Details

Position Type : Full-Time 1.0 FTE
Schedule : Opportunity offers a blend of outpatient, facility-based, and home-based care with flexible scheduling options and practice leadership that supports work / life balance. Visit length is adequate to meet complex patient population.
Location : Muskegon, MI
Specialty : Geriatrics
Teaching Opportunities : Yes – Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
Call Requirements : Call shared among providers

Requirements

Relevant clinical experience required

Physicians : Shall be board certified in an appropriate area of clinical practice or is board eligible and will become board certified within five years following the Start Date (unless sooner required by the applicable medical staff bylaws)

Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)

DEA license

BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include :

Providing direct patient care

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Participating in teaching and mentoring

Documenting in Epic EMR

Engaging in quality improvement initiatives

Supporting community health efforts
