Agile Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple workstreams of highly visible initiative
• Instrument capacity-based planning, support execution and release coordination
• Contribute to improving the overall program and portfolio level agility and representing the teams in various program cadences
• Lead scrum cadences, including team back refinement, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective
• Contribute to ART cadences, including Epic refinement, PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Program Demo
• Track and report on the sprint and PI progress
• Identify and resole blockers
• Identify risks to delivery
• Keep Jira, TED, and all other SORs up to date
• Provide oversight to meet ECM / MRA2 requirements
• Manage alliances and changes

Requirements :

Pay range : $63.94 - $71.94
