Job description

Position Highlights :

  • Join a team of 14 primary care providers, practicing full-scope, cradle-to-grave family medicine in a brand-new 20,000 sq ft facility with incredible subspecialty support
  • Excellent quality of life with 1 : 7 call rotation - providers have half-day of clinic during call day 10am-3pm
  • C-sections optional
  • Epic EMR and dedicated clinical support staff to help optimize clinical efficiency and patient-provider interaction
  • New graduates welcome to apply - experienced providers happy to provide mentorship

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base salary $305K+, $210k sign-on / retention bonus, and 8+ weeks PTO
  • $450K+ proven earning potential
  • Comprehensive Health / Dental / Vision benefits - health insurance for physician, spouse, and children covered 100% by the hospital
  • NHSC-approved site = substantial federal loan repayment eligibility
